Just finishing my second full house renovation in 3 years with Nick and Innovation.

When you use the same contractor multiple times, I think it speaks for itself. All the crew at Innovation are spectacular at their jobs; thoughtful and considerate to boot. EXCEPTIONAL workmanship-- I cant say enough about the attention to detail. I have completely gutted two homes with Nick and I am grateful to be able to trust a contractor that took my ideas and made them the design reality I dreamed of! Nick and his crew at Innovative recently renovated my pool house/studio and their work was FLAWLESS. I can't say enough great things about this company! They were on top of everything and communication was quick and easy throughout the entire project. Nick came out within 48hrs to quote the project cost and had his crew out to start work within a day or two of my doors arriving! I will DEFINITELY be using them for ALL of my future home projects! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I want to say that Innovation Design and Construction are by far the best contracting company. Nick and Faith are just an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only are they terrific the tradesmen are professional, conscientious, and know their trades. I had a terrible unprofessional kitchen remodel. I was stressed beyond words and found a referral about this company on Next Door Neighbor. I contacted the person and she had nothing but great things to say. I decided that something needed to be done and gave Innovation Design and Construction the job. As said I am so thrilled and no longer embarrassed to have family and friends over. Everything Nick said e.g. time frame of the job, thoroughness, was right on. This is not a paid review. Wish I could've found them before I was taken by an unlicensed contractor. Now I'm happy thanks to Nick and crew.

I found Innovation through Yelp and felt confident that they must be a good company because of the reviews. I just had a small insulation job for them to do in my dining area and a bathroom repair. Nick came over and discussed the project and the cost and they started work the next week. The crew was dependable and always on time and Nick made sure that every small detail was tended to. Nick and the crew do excellent work and I now have the re-modeling "bug" and want to use them for the many improvements that my house is screaming for. There's a reason they have such good reviews on Yelp- they earn it.

We've used Nick and his crew for a couple projects now. He redesigned our backyard, helped us re-shingle our roof and put on solar panels. Most recently, he helped us knocked down a couple walls and reconfigure our living room and office to be open concept. His crew was very efficient, he offered great payment and financing options, and their attention to detail has always kept us going back to them. We will definitely continue to use Nick on future projects down the road.
